“HELLO WORLD” Says Charles Richard Townsend, Andrew County’s newest and youngest resident of 1962. Charles Richard who said “hello world” at 10 p.m. January 9 at the Methodist Hospital in St. Joseph is receiving an array of gifts and prizes from 20 Savannah merchants. The proud parents are Mr. & Mrs. Dick Townsend of Savannah.
